Aaron

Aaron is David’s younger brother. You can tell they are brothers by their identical good looks. Despite Aaron’s track record of turning corners too soon and tripping and falling down aisles, David is confident that Aaron will perform admirably as his Best Man. When he’s not enlightening young collegiate minds on the wonders of Mechanical Engineering, Aaron can be found punching garage walls, playing air trombone, sleeping on buses, or honing his Ninja Warrior skills. |
Glenn

Glenn and David became friends in the ninth grade after Glenn discovered David had delicious snacks in his lunch bag. Throughout the years, David bought countless dollar tacos from Jack in a Box in exchange for Glenn’s first born child. After bankrolling the training necessary for Glenn’s successful attempt to become saimin eating champion of the Iolani Family Fair, David acquired any and all parental rights to Glenn’s second and third born children. When he’s not bartering away his unborn for fast food, Glenn programs for Adobe. |
Laurie

Laurie and Mariel have been friends since the seventh grade when Laurie sported blue glasses and clear braces and Mariel rocked the embroidered denim shirts and neon scrunchies. SO hot! In 2006, Laurie tied the knot and paved the way for Mariel and David, bequeathing a photographer, caterer, and makeup artist. When she’s not cracking the wedding planner whip or fighting crime under the alias, Captain Cowie, Laurie spends her time cruising at American Savings Bank with David’s mom. |
Mona

Mariel and Mona have been friends for almost as long as David has known Aaron. Many a weekend of their youth was spent dancing on Mona’s water bed to the soundtrack of La Bamba in nothing but knee length jams or playing with Mona’s immense collections of My Little Pony, Koosh balls, and Game & Watch. Over 20+ years, Mona and Mariel’s friendship has survived adolescence, college, and living together. When she’s not saving lives as a nurse practitioner, Mona can be found maintaining her brownness on a beach, roof, or (shh!) tanning salon, watching Idol and Dancing with the Stars, and picking up Bailey’s dog poop. |
Bip

David and Mariel have known Bip since freshman year in college. Bippy does not mind making a spectacle of himself and prides himself in dazzling others with words and wit - so why not make him the officiant? Before agreeing to register as a minister of the Universal Life Church, Bippy demanded that Mariel order a Jedi Certificate from the online church, which makes his plans for the ceremony a bit suspect. When Bippy is not prosecuting drunks in traffic court, he enjoys receiving hair splinters and training the elusive and powerful Boo Boo Bug. |
